A new website provides information on the Corona virus/Covid-19 in 12 languages

With this website and hotline, you can get answers to whatever questions you might have regarding the Corona virus/Covid-19 in your own language. Our hotline and chat service are manned by language staff covering 12 languages.
You can speak or write with a member of staff in your own language between 5 – 7 PM from Monday – Sunday.

Staff members have access to the Danish Health Authority’s latest information on the Corona virus/Covid-19 in Denmark and can provide answers to most questions.

Outside the time span between 17 and 19 PM, you can leave your message in our chat room, and an employee will return with an answer, no later than the following day between 17 and 19 PM. The website will also guide you to where you can find further information about the
coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in Denmark.

The Danish Refugee Council and Als Research are behind the website. The website is funded by and in cooperation with the Danish Health Authority. We cooperate with central Danish authorities to ensure that the knowledge disseminated here is correct and up to date.
